Where are the pictures stored for the desktop backgrounds. A friend had a
family photo as a background and has lost the original, would it still be
retrievable?

when she displays a dialogue box it's so big that she can't select apply and

It's connected by a parallel interface, it's inkjet, will find out model
number. When she switches it on it appears to boot up.

Printer not working now

A friend of mine running Win98 has an old Epson printer attached and
suddenly it won't print. She says she thinks it says something about
printer offline. How can we check this and troubleshoot...
