iexplore.exe file on my recently purchased used Dell XPS D333 w/ Win98.

I recently bought a used Dell XPS 0333 Win98 computer from a buddy and after
deleting the previous owner's signin and AOL, to my horror I discovered that
my required IE browser file is missing....
