Compressed Files and Folders Option Missing

Using any combination of the above terms in the specific XP area returns
nothing. When you search in all of Microsoft you end up here in ME. I
actually found the answer in a general search...

That option was not available in Win XP component options, however I did find
a solution as follows:

Click Start, Run and type (or paste):

rundll32 zipfldr.dll,RegisterSendto

Makes sense but it's not there. I have heard that if any other zip programs
are installed this feature is disabled, however I haven't installed any other
such programs.
