I found an executable on the Symantec site that solved my problem. I
downloaded and ran gb_prog.exe /u and I was able to get my data files.

checked my drives in Fdisk and the master Drive 1 has Partition -1 Status -A
Type -PRI DOS System -FAT32 and Usage 100%. The slave Drive 2 has
Partition -1 Status -A Type -Non-DOS System -blank and...

Because GoBack appears on a startup screen I assume that the GoBack program
was in use. Do I use GoBack to get at the files?

Fdisk can see both drives. I do not have the computer with me right now...

I haven't blocked access to drive letters beyond C using a tool such as
TweakUI.

The master has drive letter C and the slave does not have a drive letter.

Also no yellow and white exclamation mark...

I can not see the slave drive in Windows Explorer.
I can see the master drive in Explorer.
I can see both drives in the device manager.
Windows ME was the previous operating...
