Trouble downloading a USB driver

I'm trying to use a Dell USB 64 MB removable drive/stick with Windows 98. I'm
trying to download a driver from Dell to make this work. They direct me to a
dead-end link. Any suggestions?

Recognize a USB removable drive

I'm trying to use a USB 60 MB removable drive/stick, but when I put it in
nothing happens-therefore I can't write to it. I believe 98 isn't
plug-and-play but I don't know what I have to do.
