Windows 98 and 3.1 SDK

Hi,
I am looking for win98 and 3.1 SDKs.
There aren't any from google, even MS
Could anyone lend me a hand please?

Using Dual Core and HT chips on 98

Hello,
Are there any ways to use Dual core and HT chips on windows 98 SE? (dual
boot)
and also can I use NTFS as the file system for 98?
Looking for a miracle... that if someone had written little...
