If you want things REALLY clean, do a search for "DELL" or
"Lexmark" (they use a lot of re-branded Lexmarks as PA said)
and/or the file you mentioned /in the registry/, remove /all/...

Strangely, I can't find any mention of it on GOOGLE or Microsoft Help.
