I forgot to ask another question that one of the posters mentioned, it is regarding 'sycronisation',
(after clicking on properties etc), What does this do?

That happens to me once in a while. Resetting the group usually fixes it...

Problem was solved ten minutes after I posted the request last night; I right/clicked on blank
area of desktop again, chose create a shortcut,...
