ME cant boot up now
Either I spoke too soon just now, I left is as it is and when I came back
hours later,and continue with the loading, I am now able to launch the IE and
goes to desktop, thus the problem reollved....

F8safe mode only the ME logo and the LED light indicator moving L to R
continously, that is to say same situation as before. I ahve the ME boot disk
but I do not know how to use it....etc,...

It was working fine before. Then, I did a scan using Ad-aware 1.06 and
deleted what ever it found. One of the items it cannot delete it, something
in the TEMP folder. So I decided to to delete it...

Yes, I am certain that I am in SM as the word "SM" are at the four corners of
the screen. As the monitor is at my friends place, I am not certain whether
they are at all the 4 corners of each split...

Got the opportunity and connect the monitor into my friend's old Compaq and
it works beautifully, without any necessary adjustment etc. I noticed that
upon boot (normal) up, it stated that MUP401...

The 3 images are of the same colour, in fact identical to each other. Will

Resolution is at 800x600 and 256 colours.
Split screen does not exist when I use a different monitor, so I guess it is
save to assume that the monitor is the problem. Will try to confirm it with...

Yes, I have 3 separate images of desktop on the monitor. I tried again,
deleting all the adapter/monitor in SM and reboot. It redetect the driver and
its back to square one, still 3 separate images...
