Windows 98 Downloading Problems
 

Every file or picture I download becomes a Binder Document, then you try to
open it and you get an error message saying this is not a Binder File, I cant
find out how to change it? Cany anyone tell me please?

Where are you downloading the pictures from? What program are you using?
Is there a choice offered when downloading as to which picture format is to
be used to save the file?
