I know the feeling Figgs, I've tried stopping about 10 times now. The most I
stopped for was 5 weeks and I was confident that I had stopped. Did it on the NHS and they do a test every week at the doctors so you can't lie to them. Then unfortunately I broke up with my girlfriend and it all went pear shaped from there. Although, I only smoke 10 at most per day. (Unless I go out for a drink) I really hate the adverts on TV.... There's a women who can hardly breath, totally chair bound, on oxygen and struggling to get out a sentence about what smoking did to her. I have to switch it over, it's really bad and if it happens to me... I only have myself to blame. Craig.
