"Overlay" Information
Hi,
I removed a 750 meg hdd from a computer, which was partitioned into two logical drives (520 meg and 230 meg). I installed it in a 1988 Compaq 386 computer with Dos 6.22. Bios can not "see" above 520 meg, therefore I can not access the 230 meg partition. Is it possible to use an "overlay" in the 386 computer? Where is a good place to find one? I never used an "overlay" before. Any information will be appreciated. Thanks in advance, Brad Before you type your password, credit card number, etc., be sure there is no active key logger (spyware) in your PC. |
