Desktop icon and Quick Launce icon missing
 

I recently had to reboot my PC and when I did Word icon
was missing from both desktop and Quick Launch. Can
someone please tell me how to put Word icon onto desktop
and quick launch

Right click the desktop, click New Shortcut, browse to where Word.exe =
is and select it, follow the remaining prompts.

Press and hold the Right mouse button on the newly created shortcut, =
drag it to QL and release button, select Copy.
