Burn ISO movie cd to DVD..possible??

CD/DVD burner/player
Nero 6
DVD decrypter
DVD Shrink
IMGtool
ISO Buster
Blank CD/DVD's

Now I have a CD with Harry Potter pop on it as an ISO, but I require to burn
it to play on my standalone CD/DVD player if possible.
At present I have failed all attempts.(newbie)

Copy the ISO to the hard drive. Setup Nero to work in DVD mode. Setup Nero
to work with ISO (image). Burn the DVD.

Theft is not a dirty word, but it is a fact in this case.
