I have uploaded pics from camera before, but now camera will not upload. Camera people told me to download: autoplayrepairwizard from Microsoft. I have been unable to find this for 98se. Any help would be appreciated.

The Autoplay Repair Wizard is only for Windows XP and Windows Server 2003. Did you
tell the people who told you to use it, that you are running Windows 98?

Is there a manual or online help for the camera, showing what autoplay settings you
need?

The ONLY thing you need is a memory card reader attached to the USB port of the PC. This
way you will save camera power and all you need to do is remove memory card from camera and
insert it in reader. The reader will be assigned a drive letter such as "G:". You can then
easily copy the files from the "G:" drive to the "C:" drive.

I do this with my Compact Flash cards for my canon Digital Rebel. I use SanDisk Readers and
SanDisk memory cards (Ultra II which arte some of the industry's fastest cards). The
SanDisk memory card reader I use is a 6 in 1 which reads six different memory cards from
Compact Flash to SmartMedia.

What I have suggested is the *BEST* method.

Agreed.
Here's a SanDisk 8 in 1 reader on Amazon at a good price:

That assumes that the camera has removable storage - many of the newer
miniature ones can only be accessed by connecting them direct to the PC.

Thank You, a friend also told me that would be the best way to deal with the problem. I appreciate your time and help.
