can someone please help me when I open my hp photo and
imaging it freezes i noticed an open file to the side said
content ie5 . i cannot close it or anything i tried to
delete this file and i realized it should not be deleted.
Anyway when i did finally get it opened it had a bunch of
porno and swear words and things like this on it so i know
it is no running my system. please help me norton does not
say it is a virus and i have spybot and that said i have no
problems

content.IE5 is a subfolder of your Temporary Internet files. Open Internet
Explorer, click on the Tools menu and select Internet Options. On the
General tab, middle section, you will see Temporary Internet files, click on
the Delete Files button and you will get a popup window, put a check mark in
the "delete offline content" box and OK out. This should clear most of the
contents of the Content.IE5 subfolder. (it is okay to clear this, it will
build back up again). See if this clears up your issue. You may have had a
photo in the temp files that HP was looking for......just a swag. Post
back if this doesn't help.
