NO USB in Device Manager
I read that you could remove devices from the device manager and upon restart
Windows would reload the devices. Well, I removed the USB from the device manager and now I have no usb capability. I used to be able to hook my scanner up to the computer but now I can't. I have two USB ports on the computer but my computer can't recognize them. The computer thinks that it doesn't have any USB ports. I haven't been able to find a way to insert the usb ports back in to the device manager but that seems to be the problem. Any ideas?? Thanks |
You probably have a disk that came with your system that includes drivers
for devices that were included with the original system. Check this or check the site for the computer's manufacturer or the motherboard manufacturer for drivers.
