This computer was purchased used from a computer shop. No disk came with it!

I downloaded the file then when I tried to open it I get a Visual Basic 6.0
Runtime Files box which tells me ...Error registering the ocx C:\Windows|system\OLEAUT32.dll.... Any other suggestions? I have the feeling there is more to the story than you are telling. When did the
problem start, and what happened prior to it occurring? I assume you have checked for malware with the apps you mentioned, after first installing the latest updates for them (Ad-Aware, SpyBot, PC-Cillin)....did they find any malware?
