help! The "Related Icon" has vanished from my toolbar. Can
anyone help me get it back?

Assuming that it has only recently happened (within the past few days), you
could try running System Restore and rolling back to the last time/date when
the 'Related Icon' (whatever that is?) was showing. All being well, it
should return.
