AVG7 has gone from msconfig.exe ?? after problems, help pls !!

My computer has restored to an early point because it wasn't connecting to
the Server..but now, i have noticed AVG7 is not in the Boot-up sequence,
and it used to have, like, 10 entries in msconfig.exe , but now is not there
...NOTHING
When i try and RUN AVG7 i get the error message 'could not initialise AVG
anti-virus kernel interface' ??
Please gimme some advice so i can get this vital App running at Start-up
again... Thanks - Morph
System - 333mhz Intel Celeron, winME ..
The only things i run at start-up(msconfig) = messenger,firewall,DSLMON, I
Just want all the AVG7 entries back, and it isn't allowing me to return to
an even earlier System Restore Point, but i aint that bothered cos i used to
have problems on the comp, back then...
Cheers Guys - Morph

Ten entries just for AVG? Anyhow, two things. First open up the AVG monitor
from the start programs menu and see if you can edit the settings to start
with Windows. If you can't then just drag a shortcut to the executable for
the monitor (not for the scan portion) to the start menu programs
startup and you should be all set.
