OT-fake email addy

I noticed some people have weird looking email addresses, I assume to avoid
being spammed. How do you do this? Is there a link that will explain it"

thanks

Since you are using Outlook Express. Right click on the news account you
are using in the folders list (or use Tools | Accounts | News and select
the account), now select Properties and on the General tab enter whatever
you want in the E-mail address field and leave the Reply address field
blank. As you may have noticed I have in my
E-mail address field.

Bonnie,

That would be nice but I think it would be somewhat stale by the time I
got it. New Jersey (from where I think you might be posting) is a few
thousands miles from here and there's a lot of water in between. :-)

Cheers - and thanks for the nice comment.

Does 'hit on' have a different meaning in the UK?? (VBG) Not to Noel, of
course.

I suspect not. :-) Me thinks Shane was maybe "having a dig" at Noel for
butting in on my thread. vbg

OT have just found an e-mail to you sitting in my Drafts folder that I had
thought I had sent last Sunday. Will try and finish it off in a bit and
actually send it this time.
