Troubles with colour(pixels)
 

my settings are stuck on 16 bit and 600x400 pixels, the
colour is terrible, pictures are distorted...when i go
into the settings and do the changes to a higher
resolution, i click apply,ok, and it wants to restart to
make the changes and once it comes back up, nothing
changes.....it goes back to 16 bit...... any suggestions,
