multiple quick launch toolbars
 

After removing AOL Deskbar, I now have two quick launch toolbars and
one empty (and unamed) toolbar at every boot. I can turn one of the
quick launch toolbars off (as well as the empty one) by hand, but how
do I get them removed permanently so that only one quick launch
toolbar remains?
