My Browser wont refresh on its own
 

Okay, if i visit a page that ive never visited before, it will have what is
currently supposed to be on there, if i leave and visit it again (when its
supposed to be updated or something) it will only have what was on it last
time i visited it, i usually play on a site that requires the browser to be
refreshed every time i visit a page, so its always "click link, push F5,
click link, push F5" i have no clue whats wrong and this is really getting
old, can some one please tell me how to fix this without having to download
anything, my computer does not have enough room left on it to download
anything.
