ERROR: 10038: Socket operation on NON-SOCKET

Perviously, I had connectivity to another PCMCIA card. My reason for getting
this error is to get my wireless systme working.

I have ristalled and uninsatall several times. Each time I get 10038:
Socket operation on n0s-socket
