UPGRADE FROM 98 TO ME
 

Anyone who can help i want to upgrade from w98 to wME is
there a place to download the upgrade or i need to buy the
program at a retail store? any good suggestions are really
appreciated because i don't know much about it

there are no legal download sites for any Microsoft operating system.
You must buy the OS from a store (if you can find one), or some place like
eBay
