Spanish version of Win 98?
 

Where can I find a Spanish version of Windows 98? My old Dell machine came
with Win98SE and I'm planning to donate it to a Spanish charity in December.
I'd like it to be useful to them, so I'm looking to find a Spanish version of
Windows 98. Is such a thing possible?

I've forwarded your query to our Spanish-speaking MVPs. With any luck,
they'll come up with a solution for you. MS does have special programs for
Charitable uses. A solution may come from that direction, as well.

Joel,

It's been brought to my attention (something I knew but needed reminding of)
that if all that's needed is the ability to read and type in Spanish, an
English Windows version is just fine. The only real use for a Spanish
version is if the user cannot speak English at all. If you need the menu
items, Help, etc., to be in Spanish. You'll also want a Spanish keyboard.
