i have an error mesage on ms-me. box banner says
Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library
text says
Runtime Error
Program C:\WINDOWS\SURFMONKEY\SMPROXY.EXE

This application has requested the Runtime terminate it
in an unusual way
Plwease contact the applications support team for more
information

i am doing this because i swam around the microsoft maze
and could not find annother way that i could use easily.
it either did not like my product number or the United
States.
