fatal exception oe 0167:00000013
 

When booting windows 98se i get the message "a fatal
exception oe has occured at 0167:00000013. Current
application will be terminated." It does this in both
normal and safe boot mode. When I do a step by step boot
with confirmation, I get the message when vuser.386 is
loaded. Any ideas?
