Error msg @ download of virus protection software - Windows ME
 

I'm trying to download McAfee Virus Protection software
that I recently purchased, however, the installation could
not be executed. Here's the error msg I received:

Error: variable is undefined DBGERR_ONBODYLAND
Code: 0

mcp://c:\windows\temp\mcad638.tmp\vsoins.ui:::default.ht m

I have Windows ME. I am so frustrated! Any help you can
offer would be greatly appreciated!

Erin,

Clear out your Temporary folder (C:\Windows\Temp) and also Temporary Internet
Files folder (Control Panel, Internet Options | General | Delete Files, check
"Delete all offline content", OK and OK) and start over again. It's possible
that your downloaded file was corrupted.
