Installing ME on Partitioned Windows Seven???

I'm trying to install Windows ME on a Partitioned hard drive while using
Windows Seven as an operating system.

I'm not sure how to do this. Windows Seven can't read Windows ME's setup.

Thank you.

You won't be able to install Windows ME from within Windows 7. It would
be easier to install Windows ME with a third party boot manager like
BootItNG or XOSL. If you want to use the Windows 7 boot manager you
will have to make the Windows ME FAT32 partition active and after ME is
installed you will have to transfer the boot sector of the ME partition
to the Windows 7 boot loader.
