Data Recovery via Controller Swap

Hi,

One of my HDDs (Quantum 1.2GB) has a bad controller. Is it possible
to use a controller from another Quantum HDD so I can recover data?

Thanks in advance, Brad

In theory, yes. I have done exactly this with two Quantum Fireball drives
(one 4gig and one 10gig). In practice ... well, who can say; except to say
GOOD LUCK.

:-)
