Windows 98 Installation disks
My computer was pre-loaded with Windows when I got it. I
am trying to install new software, but it tells me I need to install CD #2 of the windows installation package. Since I don't have any disks, does anyone know what I can do? Thanks |

If you did not get the disk option the install files are found in
\windows\option\cabs. Try and see if they are there. If so point to that location when asked for the cd. -- Jon Hildrum DTS MVP www.hildrum.com wrote in message ... -----Original Message----- My computer was pre-loaded with Windows when I got it.
