Can't get rid of popups

I run windows me, I don't know how but something got into my computer and I
am getting popups, I ran spybot search and destroy and it didn't take care of
the problem my google hasn't blocked them either, I am not kidding when I get
a pop up every time I click something on my computer, be it surfing some
groups I belong to, playing a game etc.
I don't have any info on the popup so I can't tell you what kind it is..
Any suggestions on how to get rid of this?

Thank you
