DirectX error
 

Greetings,
Running Win ME, just installed new GeForce MX440 graphics
card with latest drivers. Card seems to be running
properly, but upon running DirectX display test (DirectDraw
& Direct3D) computer hangs. Starts the test but then locks up.
Any help appreciated, as I dont know what to do..

Update
Running DirectX9, unistalled and reinstalled graphics
drivers. Notice that test works till fullscreen part of
test then freezes.
