Screen view of the MS forum

This page is sectioned in 3 parts. The part on the right side that contains
the actual messages cannot be scrolled down. There are 2 items you can click
on below the message but I cannot see what they say. They are partially
hidden and I cannot arrow down. I believe the one on the left opens the
screen where you can ask a question. Seems I once had a better view on these
boards. Has the board layout changed? The bar to the far right of the
screen cannot be scrolled. It does not light up.

I see a list of newsgroups on the left, a list of message threads in a
middle pane that can be scrolled, with some navigation buttons at bottom,
and a message contents pane on the right, with two buttons at bottom for
scoring the post: "Was this post helpful?", Yes, No

Have you tried using a real newsreader like Outlook Express? Makes
navigating the NGs much easier.

Thanks. I was able to move the post on this board further to the left then I
saw the scroll bars on the right side of the post. The actual problem
happ0ened on another board Win. 98 general. I am also able to move the posts
so I see the arrows on the right but there are two places to click (below
the end of the message that are partially hidden so I cannot read what they
say. On this board, they do not show up at all.

I prefer reading the posts here rather than via OE. I tried that once.

Sorry, I see that I could have explained that one better. Those buttons
allow you to score the post. It asks the question, "Did this post help you?"
and the buttons are labeled "Yes", and "No".

Dear Joni:
Have found that when you 'double-click' on the name of person(is
highlighted) who posted the question, a window will open that contains the
question and all the replies. Hope this helps.
