printer prints off center

Printer is printing one half inch off center. This applies
to printing sent by wordperfect and messages sent using
microsoft fax and even to test pages printed by the HP
5150 printer. HP says it is not their problem.

Do you have the latest driver? One on the HP site has a December, 2003 timestamp,
maybe newer than what you are using.
Look at your paper tray, be certain your paper is feeding correctly. This is not a
Microsoft issue, more than likely it is a driver problem or a setting in your
defaults.
