I would like to assign a hot key in Windows Explorer instead of clicking

Thanks in advance

Otto

Open Windows Help, Index, and look at 'shortcut keys.'
Heirloom, old and trained my mouse

Thanks, but there is no shortcut key for 'Back'.

On the same subject: Is it possible to create keyboard macros for Internet
Explorer where a number of keystrokes are recorded and played back when
pressing only one or two keys?

I guess that would be because the shortcut key already exists.....well, it
works on my machine. Try holding the Alt key and hit the left arrow key to
go back or the right arrow key to go forward.
There is a section in Help for keyboard shortcuts for Internet Explorer, it
may be what you are looking to do. Sorry, I can't help with the macros.
Heirloom, old and not much help
