I get this error massage how do I fix it

The shortcut is referring to a missing file - which your anti-virus removed
and which you definitely don't want back!

Try this -
Start|Run
type
MSCONFIG
click OK
click on the Startup tab
Click on the Cleanup button - click OK, and reboot on request
