Shrunken display area on monitor
Sometimes when my kids play a CD game on the computer, the
display area in the monitor (a flat screen) is shrunken so there is 1 or 2 inch black area on the perimeter of the screen. Sometimes the shrunken screen goes back to full screen when the game is removed, but other times the screen remains shrunken after the game is removed. If that happens, the only way I have been able to fix the problem is to do a system restore. Are there any other remedies? Thanks. |
Use the Display Properties (r-click on a blank area of teh desktop, select
Properties) and chenge the screen size back to the default setting - probably 1024x768 or 1260x1024 -- Noel Paton (MS-MVP 2002-2004, Win9x) Nil Carborundum Illegitemi http://www.btinternet.com/~winnoel/millsrpch.htm http://tinyurl.com/6oztj Please read http://dts-l.org/goodpost.htm on how to post messages to NG's "DaveS" wrote in message ...
