internet unable to obtain pdf info,
 

I have downloaded adobe 5.0 but still unable to receive
files, screen shows done but the screen is blank.

I seem to be mising something but unable to identify.
Anyne have a like isssue.

You need to clearly specify what you did and what is happening. I assume
you are talking about Acrobat Reader 5.0; however, it does not allow you to
receive files--it reads .pdf files

What happens if you download the PDF file to your desktop, then open it?
