Multilingual Support Button/Icon

Dear Learned Member of the Group,
Using "Help" I did go to Multilingual Support or did exactly what they said
for me to obtain the possibility of typing in Cyrillic and Turkish. They
said "Restart" and I restarted my PC. However, in the past, there appeared
on my Taskbar a choice button/icon to click, appearing as E (for English)
,then by clicking, as R (for Russian), then by clicking again as T(for
Turkish). This was in the past. This time nothing appears on the taskbar and
I can only type in English.
Question. How to make that button/icon of E/R/T appear on the taskbar?
Without it, I cannot send messages in R and T.
I shall be much obliged if you could help.
Yours Sincerely,
Dr.U. Kuran
