V-Cache settings

What would you suggest I have as Min & Max settings for V-Cache?

I have PII350MZ with 64MB ram.

Thanks,
Dan

In my opinion, you should not make any changes to VCache settings unless you
have more then 512MB of memory in your computer system.

Second that opinion. And that's *more_than* 512MB of RAM.

Thanks for the reply. I should have mentioned my current VCache settings:
MinFileCache=4096
MaxFileCache=20480
chunksize=512

V-Cache settings

Doesn't change the answer. Unless you have *more_than* 512MB of RAM, you
should leave VCACHE alone.

Get rid of all three of those settings. You're pretty much killing vcache
for no gain in performance.
