"Connect to" dialog box
 

I am using Windows ME and a dial up connection. Recently
I installed the Microsoft Security Update CD. Since then
the "Connect to" dialog box pops up when I turn on my
computer or when a scheduled event such as Norton virus
scan is supposed to start. How can I keep this from
happening?
