Delayed Video

A win98 2nd Ed system was freezing up when several programs were opened so I
added more Ram. It had 64Mb; now 320Mb.

Then I was going to boot iun safe mode to run scandisk, but when the menu
appeared the kb was inactive. If I allowed it to boot normally the kb
works.

I have a usb kb so I swithed it back to it's older kb and it worked in the
boot menu to allow me to boot into safe mode.

Now, using the newer kb, the video is delayed quite a bit after I press a
key on the kb.

Any ideas?

Thanks.

Have you checked/upped the Refresh Rate in Display Properties Settings tab
Advanced button Monitor tab?
