Idle problem

when playing games or on the INTERNET my PC every few minutes goes into idle
mode (i.e no response in the page loading, game freezing momentarily) and
then comes back. Sometimes I have the Procexp.exe on just to check and in
those moments I get 100 percent idle even though my browser is supposed to
refresh. Nothing would be active according to the above utility. And then
like a hiccup it would go again. It is like the machine got lapses. I don't
know if I am describing this right. This has become a pain. What could
possibly be going on here now? Any thoughts out here on this problem?
Appreciate it!

Given your post about problems when visiting the WU site (assuming you are
the same "Chris") it might be a good idea to post details of all the
problems you are having in one place just in case there is a common
thread.
