Hello Every1 i need help installing a printer onVPN

I'm new here,
I would like to ask any1's help on how to install a network printer to
VPN.
I have installed the printer, but if the VPN is online the printer wont
work, VPN has to be offline to make the printer work. Can anybody help
me, please...
