Blue Screen
 

Installed Black Ice the other day and all appeared OK. However shut down
system whilst away over the long weekend and when re-started booted up to a
blue screen with following message:-

While initialising device SHELL

Cannot load or find required file

KRNL386.EXE

Tried loading in safemode but got same blue screen with following message:-

VFBACKUP could not load VFDVXD

Please run set up again.

I used a boot disc to scanreg restore but this made no difference.

Any suggestions would be appreciated . Can I remove Black Ice after booting
up with a boot disk?
