Error when i use programs using the internet!
 

When i open any program using the internet it works fine but when i connect
and try going to any site it always shows a error so i can use the internet
on my computer. Can anyone please help me and tell me what i could do to fix
this problem because i really want to use the internet on my computer again.

this is what the error says:

If the problem persists, contact the program vendor.

when i click on detail it says this:

I am not able to help with the technical detail but have you tried running
the Internet Explorer Repair Tool that is supplied with all IE
installations?
