Explorer Won't Display Page

I have several computers running Windows 98. All the other computers display
the page ok but one in particular complains of Java Script problems. The url
is http://www.co.palm-beach.fl.us/tc_pubaccess/default.asp

When I click on "Current Property Tax" the top of the page won't display.
Yet on all my other 5 computers with the same configuration it displays
fine. Could it be it's being blocked because of a spyware blocking program?
But all the other computers have the same spyware blocking programs. How do
I fix this?

Thanks,

SJH

1. You might want to refresh your scripting engine:
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...entid=28001169
or
http://msdn.microsoft.com/library/de...ist/webdev.asp
Windows Script 5.6 for Windows 2000 and XP
http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/d...DisplayLang=en

Sometimes there's a corrupt file in the cache and one must go to Tools |
Internet Options and click Delete Files.

2a. StartRunRegsvr32 vbscript.dll

2b. StartRunRegsvr32 jscript.dll

(WinXP users who have problems with 2a and 2b, see
http://www.mvps.org/inetexplorer/answers_9.htm)

3. Re-register all DLLs listed in http://support.microsoft.com/?kbid=281679

5a. IE ToolsInternet OptionsAdvancedBrowsingEnable third-party browser
extensions (uncheck & reboot).

5b. Find the hijacker that caused 5a to be checked (or if none were checked,
check for hijackware anyway):

Probably this Internet Explorer scripting page may help you:
I suggest you chack out an IE scripting page I came across:
http://www.activexperts.com/activmon...management/ie/
